We believe care should be flexible and based on your needs, which is why we don't require subscriptions or long-term commitments. We do ask for one week's written notice when ending services so we can help ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care for everyone involved.
We understand that care needs don't always follow a predictable schedule or fit in business hours, and we're committed to providing flexible, responsive care that fits your unique circumstances whenever possible. Our shift minimum is 3 hours, and is flexible if a care provider is close by.
No Payment Up Front
Led by a registered Occupational Therapist
Care Providers are paid weekly through our secure scheduling and invoicing software. We do not charge money up front before care has begun. You have the ability to review all time and charges weekly before they are processed.
All assessments are completed or reviewed by the owner- Sue Grounds- a registered Occupational Therapist with a long history of understanding the needs and safety of seniors in home settings.
For every client who completes an assessment, we create a personalized care plan. It includes essential medical information, social history, cognitive status, daily routines, and care needs. Every care provider receives this plan before arriving at your home, ensuring they are fully prepared to provide the best possible care.
